Ordering table lamps, floor lamps, tables, or any other merchandise from AnElegantIdea.com is really quite easy. Each product page has a handy order form located near the bottom of the page for you to use when placing an order.

Payment By Credit Card

Payment for any items ordered here on AnElegantIdea must be received in full prior to shipment. We use PayPal™ for our payment processor, for more on their security policies you can use this link. You do not need to have a PayPal™ account of your own to use PayPal™, you only need to have a valid credit card.

Payment By Check

Of course you may pay with check, cashiers (bank) check, or money orders! In order for the merchandise to be shipped your check must first clear our bank prior to shipment. We apologize for this policy but it is too burdensome for us to absorb the shipping costs in situations where a customer check fails to clear our bank. Checks must be drawn on a United States bank and made out in U.S. Dollars. No third party check accepted.

Shipping

While shipping is provided at no charge to you for some of the items sold on our web site there are some issues you need to understand about shipping. All products are shipped to you in new condition, unless marked as such (close outs, floor models, etc.). Should your merchandise arrive damaged then you MUST file a credit with the shipping company (even if it is the U.S. Postal Service. We are not responsible for any damages once the merchandise leaves our loading docks. Pay particular attention to the packaging when you first receive your merchandise, if anything looks out of the ordinary then you should file a claim for damages with the shipping company right away.
